It seemed quite ridiculous to her that she had to turn her attention to planning the community Australia Day Celebration when Christmas wasn’t even upon them.

But as she sat with flags and tattoos strewn across event plans and to do lists, she knew that if she didn’t put in the hours now, it would be a very slippery slope to the 26th of January once the Christmas break was over.
