My brain is clearly addled.  This afternoon I was starting to get a little excited at the prospect that today was Friday and the weekend was here.  It wasn’t until I got home that I realised that it was actually still Thursday!

I guess technically it is my Friday as I don’t work tomorrow (although I will be – damn budgets!).

After picking up the girls from childcare, having dinner and putting Miss A to bed, Miss B and I got into our jammies and hung out for a little while on the couch – reading and playing and her brushing my hair.  Such a cruisey way to finish my working week.  And now she’s in bed, I’ve decided that I’m going to go to bed as well.

So goodnight and sleep well!  Here’s hoping the rain continues through the night and brings deep sleep xx
