Easter weekend is a massive weekend where I live. Our town hosts a series of huge motor sports competitions and on Good Friday the visitors and locals alike get to check out all the souped up vehicles in a show and shine event. That’s where I come in. 

Getting up at 5am is never fun but the atmosphere in town is such a great one that it’s pretty easy to jump up out of bed with a spring in my step. Especially when I know there’ll be a coffee waiting for me not long after I arrive. 

So from 6am to 3pm I’ve been directing cars, setting up then pulling down arena fencing for a trials bike display and troubleshooting all the little things that comes with doing a public event. 

And now I’m spent and ready to spend the rest of the Easter weekend relaxing. So here’s a snapshot of my day. And cheers to the freaking weekend!!!
