Tonight I’m off to our biennial staff recognition evening which sees our organisation recognise the staff in various categories of the Business Principles Framework.  It’s my third one and ordinarily I’m excited to spend a bit of social time with my colleagues.  This year however, I just can’t seem to get into the spirit. This is my excited face:
