Two Sentences Tuesday #01

lemon

Whilst she enjoyed the fact that her suburban orchard produced delicious fruits in abundance, the reality was she took no care, nor had the inclination to nurture and maintain the source from where the fruits came.

After all, if one small tree could produce over 34 shopping bags full of lemons, it would be safe to assume that it did not need any further encouragement or nourishing from her.

  1. What a lovely idea. And a beautiful picture and accompanying text too! This is such a great way of testing yourself — both with the camera and the written word. I look forward to seeing what else you come up with! By the way — you’re SO lucky to be able to gather a haul of lemons like that!! My great aunt lives in Australia and she has a HUGE lemon tree in her garden too 🙂 I was blown away when we went to visit her — G&T with lemon from your own garden is amazing!! Thanks for linking up to #TwinklyTuesday x

    1. Thanks Caro! I’m looking forward to seeing how it pans out! As for the lemons – it’s ridiculous… I gave away so many bags last week and we had a wind storm yesterday and it knocked even more off! Great for G&Ts for sure, and hot lemon drinks when the cold and flu seasons sets in like now!!!
